Littleborough’s older stone cottages and terraces can still have electrics that predate current safety standards, particularly in properties that have seen little modernisation. Core Rock Ltd carries out full house rewires to bring these homes up to date.

We plan socket and circuit layouts around how the household actually uses the property, rather than simply repeating outdated wiring.

Because rewiring is disruptive, we work through the property methodically, protecting floors and finishes and keeping things liveable wherever possible.

The service covers consumer unit replacement, new circuits, socket and lighting upgrades, and full testing to current wiring regulations, with a completion certificate issued once the work is finished.
